Masters Results

2008

The Masters 1 team played in Division 2, losing six matches 3-9 and the last 4-8, however Wellington 1 had defaulted from the divison. The team finished 8th out of nine teams.

Masters 2 Win Promotion!

The Masters 2 team had a very successful year, initially winning their zone undefeated, beating:

Wellington 2 8-4
Hutt Valley 2 11-1
Eastland 7-5
Hawkes Bay 2 7-5
Bay of Plenty 3 9-3
Wanganui 2 11-1

The team then travelled to Hamilton for promotion matches played on the 9th of August, defeating:

Auckland 6 9-3
Hawkes Bay 2 9-3 (Hawkes Bay having defeated the previously unbeaten Waitakere 6 team 7-5!)

Masters 2 will advance to Division 4 for the 2009 competition.
