Player Points
The Player Points scoring system works like this.

For every game you play you can earn Player Points whether you win or lose.  Of course if you win you get more points but if it is close and you lose you get more points than if you lose by a lot.

Player Points are awarded as follows.
  • If you score 21 you win and you get 10 player points.
  • If in losing you score 19 or 20 you earn 8 player points.
  • If you score 15 to 18 you earn 6 player points.
  • If you score 10 to 14 you earn 4 player points and
  • If you score 5 to 9 you earn 2 player points.
Sadly if you score less than 5 you get no points so it's important to keep trying right to the end.

If you play as the position 1 player you add 10 points to the above scores and if you play as the position 2 player you only add 5.
